Tom Polum
Author and composer of Pilgrim Souls, produced in Baltimore and subsequently recorded and released in the United States and Canada by Original Cast Records. He earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Wisconsin with specializations in classical voice technique, piano and composition. Other writing projects with Mr. Cullen include Finding Frida.
As a director and choreographer, New York credits include: The King and I, Funny Girl, Oklahoma, Tommy, Carousel, Phantom (Kopit/Yeston production). Regional productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. He adapted and staged Anything Goes aboard the Royal Viking Sun. As an actor, he made his Broadway debut in Cyrano, The Musical (Four Tony nominations) and subsequently recreated the production for the Carré Theatre in Amsterdam.
