ROSIE'S is the third musical written but Phoebe Parker Borman and co-produced by Memory Works.
The first was OHIO THE MUSICAL. It was written and produced to celebrate Ohio's Bicentennial in 2003. OHIO THE MUSICAL is a lively toe-tapping romp that spans the centuries from stately Tecumseh and the War of 812 to the epic feats of the Wright Brothers and Ohio's astronauts. A hundred characters bring the remarkable history of Ohio to life. This professional production is enhanced with a sparkling original music score and stunning stagecraft.
The Toledo Symphony Orchestra played its music on three occasions.
NEVER SAY DIE is an enjoyable show about a town that becomes obsessed by the Olympics. It has a good story, good songs, and zany characters.
ROSIE'S is loosely based upon a real life character from our town's past.
